Work with me

I've spent twenty years building businesses that ran on big teams. Now I install the version that doesn't need one, inside yours.

For coaches, consultants, course creators, and expert businesses doing real revenue who are done being the hardest-working employee they have.

Apply to work together

Short application. A real human reads it. You hear back inside 48 hours either way.

Same five seats. Filled by agents instead of payroll.

For years the answer to growth was the same: hire more people, buy more tools, add more complexity. I ran that playbook harder than most, four businesses past eight figures, entire floors of salaries, more than a hundred million dollars in ads. It worked. And it quietly ate the thing I was building it for.

There's a different way to run a business now. Same five seats every business has always had. Filled by agents instead of payroll. I wrote a whole free book about the method, and this page is for the people who read it and said, good, now do it with me.

Haven't read the book yet? Start there, it's free.

The way you were told to build. And the way that actually protects your margin.

We install the five seats from the book. For real, in your business, around how you actually run.

  1. 01

    Content

Your voice, multiplied. One riff from you becomes the week's posts and emails, sounding like you on your best day. You stay the source. The machine does the assembly line.

  2. 02

    Sales

Speed to lead in minutes, follow-up that never fizzles, revival campaigns for the list you've been ignoring. Conversations stay human. The chasing doesn't.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Every client gets the six-month-employee treatment from day one. Prep briefs before every call, follow-ups after, nobody ever feels forgotten. Your judgment, their experience, the wrapper handled.

  4. 04

    Support

Answers in hours, not days, in your voice. The sensitive stuff gets drafted, never auto-sent. Clients who feel taken care of stay, and staying is where the money was hiding.

  5. 05

    Operations

Your numbers in one place, a report that shows up Monday without you asking, the five winning numbers on one glance. The shoebox era ends.

Diagnose. Install. Run. The same method from the book, done with you.

1

Diagnose week zero

We run the diagnostic on your real numbers, trace your last twenty leads, score your five seats, and find the one that's bleeding. You've read chapter six. This is that, with a second set of eyes that's done it a few hundred times.

2

Install weeks one and two

You talk, we build. The extraction sessions pull twenty years of judgment out of your head, voice memos and one call, and it becomes your context file. Your agent is live by the end of week two, with boundaries exactly as tight as the book draws them.

3

Run weeks three and four

We tune the exceptions together, install your weekly hour, and put your seat's winning number on the board. You finish with a seat that runs and the operating rhythm to keep it running.

Two ways in. Both start with the same application.

The First Seat

One seat. Thirty days. Done with you.

  • The diagnostic on your real business
  • Extraction, context file, agent live by week two
  • Boundaries, corrections, and the weekly hour installed
  • Your seat's winning number, live on a scoreboard
  • Async-heavy: voice memos and two calls, built for operators who hate meetings

$3,000. One time.

The guarantee: your seat runs in thirty days or we keep working free until it does.

All five seats, sequenced.

For owners who want the whole book installed. We scope it together after your first seat wins, one seat at a time, in the order your business actually needs. Nobody gets pitched five seats cold. That's not how this works.

Scoped on your seat-one win call.

Start with the First Seat

This is for you if

  • 02You're past the beginning, the book says it plainly, this is for people already in motion
  • 03You're the bottleneck and you can feel it before you can name it
  • 04You'd rather install one seat that works than buy another course about it
  • 05You can move inside thirty days

This isn't for you if

  • 01You're pre-revenue or still finding your offer
  • 02You're ecommerce or physical product
  • 03You want to learn how to build agents as a hobby, the book covers the DIY path free
  • 04You need a committee's permission to spend three thousand dollars
  • 05You want a twelve-month consulting relationship. This has a start and a finish

Twenty years
Building online businesses
Four
Past eight figures, a dozen more past seven
$100M+
In paid ads, and whole floors of salaries behind it

Hi, I'm Los.

I've been building online businesses for twenty years. Four of them past eight figures, a dozen more past seven, more than a hundred million dollars in paid ads, and at the peak of it, whole floors of people whose salaries existed to do work a machine does better now.

The book tells the whole story, including the parts I'm not proud of. The short version: I built the loud empire, it cost me things I couldn't see until a very bad year made me look, and I rebuilt everything around a quieter question. Not how big can this get. How little of my life does this need.

That's what I install now. Same five seats, no payroll, and an owner who gets their Tuesdays back. I'm not going to perform urgency at you. If this is your season, apply, and we'll figure out the honest answer together.

Apply to work together

The things people ask before they apply.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

The extraction sessions are you talking into your phone about the business you already know cold. That's the qualification. The technical part is my side of the table.

What happens to my current team?

The honest answer from chapter sixteen: the people with judgment move up, they stop doing pattern work and start owning outcomes, and your best person becomes the agent's manager. Nobody gets marched out. Attrition and honesty handle the rest.

Which tools do you use?

The current stack changes quarterly, which is exactly why the book doesn't name tools. On the inside you don't have to care. You get a seat that runs, not a subscription list to manage.

Will it actually sound like me?

The context file is built from your actual words, your emails, your calls, your voice memos. The first two weeks, everything drafts for your approval before it sends. It earns the keys.

What if my seat doesn't run in thirty days?

Then we keep working, free, until it does. That's the guarantee, in writing.

Why wouldn't I just hire someone instead?

You can. The book's chapter fifteen does that math in detail. A decent hire for one seat runs three to eight thousand a month, every month, forever, and they take your judgment with them when they leave. This is three thousand once, and the context file stays yours.

I already pay for AI tools. Isn't this the same thing?

If your tools wait for you to show up and prompt them, they're tools. Chapter three draws the line: an agent knows your business, does the work, and reports back. That distinction is the whole book.

What does the application ask?

Ten short questions, two minutes. Revenue ballpark, business type, team, and what's most broken. A real person reads every one, and you hear back within 48 hours whichever way it goes. If the right answer is the free path in the book, that's what you'll hear.

The book told you where it hurts. This is the shortest path to it never hurting again.

One seat. Thirty days. Guaranteed to run.

Not ready? Take the free path, run your thirty days from chapter seventeen, and send me the numbers when it works. I answer those messages.
