AI Simple

How small business owners are replacing the team they were told to build with AI agents that do the work.

You were told the way past a million is more. More hires, more tools, more software, more overhead. I built that org chart more than once and signed the checks on all of it. This book is the other way. Five seats every business needs, filled by agents instead of salaries. Free. Digital. Yours in about thirty seconds.

AI Simple by Los Silva, book cover

Eighteen chapters. Four parts. One shift.

ContentSalesDeliverySupportOperationsKeep the seats. Fire the payroll.

You didn't get a raise. You got a second job. Running your first one.

You're doing $20K, $50K, $80K a month and from the outside it looks like you won. Nice offer, real clients, a business people respect. Here's your actual Tuesday: a call with the ops person you hired eight months ago who still needs you for every decision, a note to the agency because the creative's fatiguing again, and then tonight, probably around nine, you rewrite the content your VA drafted because it doesn't sound like you. Which is the exact thing you hired the VA to stop.

Payroll's climbing. Margin isn't. You used to run this thing at 70 percent. Now you're at 30 on a good month, and the good months keep getting further apart.

And every guru, every mastermind, every book on the shelf has been telling you the same thing for years. You need more. More team, more funnels, more tools. Hire your way past a million.

That's the lie. I know because I built it.

Not more. Less, run by agents.

1

Simple, not more.

You don't need fifty tools and a prompt library. You need a handful of agents doing real jobs, installed simply, run simply. That's the whole book.

2

Agents, not tools.

A tool is something you operate. You're still the bottleneck. An agent is something that works. It knows your business, owns a job, and does it every day without you managing it. Get this and everything else is details.

3

A business model, not a technology.

This is a book about what your business becomes when the org chart gets replaced by an agent stack. Same revenue, sometimes more. A fraction of the headcount.

The Agent Org Chart.

Every business you've ever built has five seats. Content. Sales. Delivery. Support. Operations. You were told to hire for all five. This book shows you how to install agents into all five instead. Same jobs, no payroll, no management headache, no spray-painted car when a hire goes sideways.

  1. 01

    Content

    Omnipresence in your voice.

    Not a content team.

  2. 02

    Sales

    Follow-up that never fizzles.

    Not a closer on payroll.

  3. 03

    Delivery

1:1 quality without the capacity cap.

    Not more hires.

  4. 04

    Support

Nobody who paid you feels forgotten.

Not a VA with a script.

  5. 05

    Operations

    You always know your number.

    Not a shoebox.

Every one of those seats is already filled in your business today. It's you. In all five chairs. That's not an org chart, that's a hostage situation with good branding.

“You're not paying for software. You're paying for the time collapse.”
Los Silva, AI Simple

Four parts. Eighteen chapters. One shift.

  1. Part I

    The Shift

Why the playbook you were sold is already dead, and what's actually happening to your margin whether you're watching or not.

By the end of Part I: you'll see exactly why more was never the answer, and what an agent-run version of your business actually looks like. Real numbers, real calendar.

  2. Part II

    The Method

The Agent Org Chart, the five seats, and the Install Method: Diagnose, Install, Run. Includes the same twenty-minute diagnostic that tells you which seat is bleeding worst.

By the end of Part II: you'll know precisely which seat to fix first, and why almost everyone gets that call wrong.

  3. Part III

    The Installs

Seat by seat. The old way and its cost, the agent install, a real story, and what changes in the numbers.

By the end of Part III: you'll know what each seat looks like running on agents instead of salaries, in a business built like yours.

  4. Part IV

    The Owner

What agent infrastructure does to what your business is actually worth, what should never touch an agent, and your first thirty days.

By the end of Part IV: you'll have a plan for the next thirty days. One seat, one install, run for real.

I built the org chart. More than once.

Twenty-plus years doing this and I've never had a real job. Started selling projectors on eBay, got kicked off, moved into ecommerce, and kept going from there. I've been part of four businesses that hit eight figures, had a piece of a dozen more that hit seven, and run agencies spending real money on ads every month, over a hundred million of it across brands and client brands, if you want the exact number.

I built the pyramid everybody sells you. Setters, closers, media buyers, content teams, a guy whose entire job was starting conversations on Instagram. I signed those checks and watched what they did to margin.

Here's what twenty years of that taught me: the seats were always right. The salaries were the era. This book is what I'd tell you to do instead, if you were sitting across from me.

This was written for a specific person.

  1. 01You're doing real revenue, not zero, not struggling to find clients, and you still feel behind.
  2. 02You've hired the ops person, the VA, the agency, and you're still the one rewriting everything at nine at night.
  3. 03You've tried ChatGPT, bought a prompt pack, sat through a webinar with forty tools in ninety minutes, and none of it stuck.
  4. 04Your margin used to feel healthy. Now it's thinner every quarter and you can't point to why.
  5. 05You're suspicious of anyone selling you AI right now, and you're right to be.
  6. 06You built this business to be yours, not to become the manager of a small, expensive, needy company.

If that's you, keep reading. If you're at zero, this book will still help you, it's just not built for you specifically.

Before you put your email in.

Is this actually free?

Yes. No credit card, no trial, no free that turns into a charge later. Give me your name and email, the book shows up in your inbox.

Who is this for?

Coaches, consultants, course creators, agency owners, anyone running an expert-led business who's past the just getting started stage and can feel the ceiling. If you're doing real revenue and you're the bottleneck, this is for you.

Is this another AI hype book?

No. There's no get rich with AI nonsense in here and no fifty-tool list. It's a framework, five seats, one method, for running your business with agents instead of a payroll. Boring in the best way.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can explain your business at dinner, you can do everything in this book. The technical part is the easiest part.

How long is it?

Full-length. Eighteen chapters, four parts, about a hundred pages. Written to be read in a weekend, used for a lot longer than that.

What happens after I download it?

You'll get the book by email right away, and I'll send you an email every couple of days after that walking through the ideas in it, one at a time. Real ones, from me. Unsubscribe whenever you want.

Is there a catch?

The book's free because I want you to read it. If you want help installing any of it, that's a different, separate thing, and this page isn't selling you that. Read the book first.

Get the book. Read it this weekend.

Thirty seconds from now it's in your inbox. Five seats, one method, no payroll. Let's go.
